Want to Become an Apprentice?

1. First, it is highly recommended that you complete the requirements for your Level 1 Certification.
   1. During the hiring process, preference will be given to folks who have achieved Level 1 Certification or are currently in the process of achieving it.
2. Once applications are open, candidates will need to complete an application form.
   1. The form will be provided once applications open.
   2. The application open and close dates, along with the full application process, will be announced at the beginning of Feb 2025. Announcement will be sent via:

Applicants can prepare for their virtual interview by reviewing these questions:

1. What are the skills you feel are your strongest–in both design and soft skills?
2. What skills do you need more guidance on before applying them in a real world scenario?
3. What skills are you comfortable using and mentoring others about?
4. What skill did you learn in your bootcamp that you haven’t had a chance to develop further or use?
5. The video interview will include a couple of behavioral questions about:
   1. How you handle conflict and communication
   2. How you find the answer to a frustrating problem
