Want to Become an Apprentice?

1. Once the apprenticeship program re-opens you must complete the requirements for your Level 1 Certification.
2. The next step of the process if to submit your application which includes completion of an application form and a quiz.
3. After we have received your application and verified your certification achievement, Maigen will reach out directly with a scheduling link to secure your virtual interview which will be conducted over video call.
4. Applicants can prepare for their virtual interview by reviewing these questions:
   1. What are the skills you feel are your strongest–in both design and soft skills?
   2. What skills do you need more guidance on before applying them in a real world scenario?
   3. What skills are you comfortable using and mentoring others about?
   4. What skill did you learn in your bootcamp that you haven’t had a chance to develop further or use?
   5. The video interview will include a couple of behavioral questions about:
      1. How you handle conflict and communication
      2. How you find the answer to a frustrating problem
