We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone can thrive, grow, and contribute meaningfully. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all participants and the values that guide our community. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask apprentices to adhere to the following principles:

  1. Empathy Over Ego: Approach every interaction with kindness, willingness to listen and understanding. Seek to build connections rather than compete.
  2. Context Matters: Recognize that diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and life experiences shape others' levels of knowledge. Stay mindful of the context and social dynamics, and don’t hesitate to ask questions to achieve genuine understanding.
  3. Bring Others Along: Share knowledge, uplift others, and collaborate. Rise by helping others succeed.
  4. Test and Iterate: Embrace feedback as an opportunity to grow. Iterate on your work and approach with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  5. Ask Questions: Let curiosity drive your innovation. Never hesitate to seek clarity, explore ideas, or ask for help.
  6. Everything is Figureoutable: Approach challenges with optimism and resilience. Believe in your ability to solve problems.
