Website accessibility and usability evaluation is the only service that Level 11 Technology offers.

We will not work with a client on a website project unless they have first bought and received a website evaluation. All design and development work is an upsell.

Process:

• Using the Essential Website Accessibility and Usability Evaluation Template, spend three hours reviewing the website and major user flows against the criterion on the spreadsheet
• Document scores (including priority, if used) and review major violations of WCAG 2.2 and relevant usability issues
• Create a slide deck to present the top 3-9 issues discovered
• Present to stakeholders and upsell redesign and development
• Share all findings with customer to implement
