Why We’re Crowdfunding

The UX industry has a hiring problem—companies demand "junior" designers with 3+ years of experience, and new designers struggle to gain real-world training. At the same time, accessibility remains an afterthought in too many organizations. We believe it’s time for a change.

At Level 11 Technology, we’ve built a real-world UX apprenticeship where designers don’t just learn theory—they work on live accessibility and usability projects. They get paid real wages while gaining the experience they need to become hireable, impactful UX professionals.

Now, we’re turning to crowdfunding to scale this work, make training more accessible, and ensure that businesses can hire designers who are truly ready to hit the ground running.

How You Can Help

We’ve launched a few new Patreon membership tiers to allow individuals and businesses to support this initiative while gaining exclusive access to training content, behind-the-scenes insights, and even early access to top-trained UX talent.
